I injured my right hamstring playing cricket over 3 years ago - it still hurts today and to make matters worse my left one now also hurts! Any thoughts / exercises?
Having snapped the ligaments down the right side of my right foot last January I'm at last playing again.But - if I rotate my left foot in a circle it's fine (as it should be) my right foot though crunches & cracks - should this worry me?
